About The Trans Wardrobe Project

Our mission at the Trans Wardrobe Project is to increase Joy in the lives of Trans Americans by providing complimentary wardrobes, style guidance, and support. Everyone deserves to feel like themselves, and money should never be a barrier between a Trans person and the Gender Affirming Care they deserve–and that includes clothing.

By collecting pristine second-hand clothing from our community, and allies, and partnering with gender affirming, gender neutral, and other clothing brands we curate custom wardrobes for our recipients. Our Wardrobe Curation Specialists work hand in hand to create the wardrobe of our recipients’ dreams, while also providing proper sizing, and style guidance.

The Trans Wardrobe Project is founded and made up of individuals within the 2SLGBTQIA+ Community, and we proudly supports Trans, Non-binary, and Gender Nonconforming folks over the age of 17 in the US regardless of race, age, location, or economic status, however we try to prioritize TransPOC, and those in locations that lack basic LGBTQIA+ resources, and community.
